Please note all classes must be pre-booked and prepaid. Spaces will be allocated on a strict first come first served basis

When registering you will automatically be booked into all classes for the time period you have selected above.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to our classes

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, an alternative class in person or online will be offered 

Baby Boppers take no responsibility for personal loss or injury occurred at our classes. Including: 

Any loss or damage caused by your or your child’s own fault

Any loss or damage caused by a third party unconnected with us 

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any property or personal items brought to the Premises

We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (i.e acts of terrorism, riots, floods, freak weather, snow, fire etc)

You and your child participate in all of our classes at your own risk.

GDPR clause: By registering for classes with Baby Boppers you agree to abide by the terms and conditions. There are certain email and SMS communications which it is necessary for us to send to to our database in connection with our classes. By registering at Baby Boppers, you agree to receiving this information so we can keep you informed of important updates and timetable changes.  You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may send for promotional or marketing purposes, but if you do we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you not receiving class related communications.

Wix.com will be assuming the role of “Processor” with regard to the personal data that Baby Boppers processes of European data subjects.
