Baby Massage Course (November)

Service Description

Start your baby's week with a soothing massage, proven to help with enhanced bonding, digestion, more restful sleep and reduced stress. Led by a qualified instructor this calm and relaxed class will teach you baby massage techniques to practise in the comfort of your own home. No need to bring anything along apart from your baby, we provide everything you will need for the class - mat, blanket and massage cream/oil. The last week of the course will be a Christmas themed introduction to our music, movement & sensory classes
